Group Managing Director and in charge of the day to day group operations, having joined the Group in 1997 and he was appointed to this position was in 1998 Mr.Akle holds various degree in Engineering (M.Eng,B.Eng-UMIST-UK) and various other qualifications (diplomas etc)in both technical & Management Finance. Co-ordinates Group affairs on a day-to-day basis.
Mr Khalil I. Hinnawi (Jordanian)

Director. Technician of Mechanical Industries (TIM) from Italy. He also holds a degree in Economics and Commerce and Diploma in Business Administration. Mr Hinnawi, a multi- linguist (6 languages written and spoken), held a Senior Managerial positions in reputable companies both within and outside Nigeria.

Mrs Omolara O.Akanji,Phd (Nigerian)
Non-Executive Director (Administration)
Joined the Company as Non-Executive Director February,2013. Her Banking Career with the Central Bank of Nigeria spanned over 20 years where she ultimately rose to the position of Director, Trade and Exchange Department from 2004 to 2007 when she retired. Thereafter, she was engaged as a Consultant to the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria on Statistics, a position she held from 2008 to 2011. She held appointments as one of the members of over twenty Finance and related Federal Government Committees and Schemes, prominent of which are Debt Conversion, Trade Malpractices, Comprehensive Import Supervision Scheme (CISS), etc. She keeps the Directors abreast on Federal Government policies, Banking Regulations, Fiscal Directives on any matters which may concern the well-being and affairs of the Company.
