In line with the Country’s post-independence Industrialization Drive, NIGERIAN SPINNERS AND DYERS LIMITED “NSD” was set up in Kano as a fully integrated Worsted Spinning Mill in 1969; the first fully integrated mill of its type in Sub Saharan Africa. Today it forms the core of the Textile Division within the Group and also a Subsidiary of Gala Investments Limited.

Established on 3rd July 1969 with Registration Certificate (RC) No 6313 as a fully Integrated. Worsted Spinning Mill and the first of its type in Sub Saharan Africa.
